Explore landscape painting in a four-day workshop through spontaneity, intuitive color response and painterly improvisation. Focus on the perceptive impulse and the expressive moment through gesture, paint handling, inventive structure and scale. Broad vistas, lake and/or ocean views, as well as more intimate settings provide remarkable visual opportunities. Join us for this rich experience of presentations, critiques, camaraderie, and a hands-on investigation of the expressive nature of painting the landscape.
