Helter Shelter Cabin Fever
Artist Reception: Saturday May 9, 2009 from 6-9 pm. Music by Eschew We make our cabin out of stone and wood, our sheltering fire out of wood. We make our shelter out of the material of the forest that surrounds and threatens us. For the last six months Scott MacLeod has been obsessively making sculptures and paintings of cabins and fires that are on fire, have no doors, or are far too small to protect us.
