Eclectic images range from the familiar to the fantastic, as the artists explore what it means to be female, using dreams, private visions, and public and personal mythologies. Discussion will include paintings, prints, sculpture, and photography by Ruth Bernhard, Joan Brown, Squeak Carnwath, Imogen Cunningham, Judy Dater, Jay De Feo, Viola Frey, and Mildred Howard. Weather permitting, tour will include the Sculpture Meadow, so please wear comfortable shoes.
