There, amongst the mute stillness at Soap Gallery, stretched out across the gallery's floor sat The Yellow Bench, in all it's seven feet of Naugahyde. These large and glaring portraits of local muscians, friends, and family freed me from the formal, the posed, the seated and traditional portrait.
