Join us for the second workshop in the series Family History sponsored by the Wells Fargo Heritage Center.
Interviewing Techniques
Oral history has always been an important part of any family history project, regardless of your ancestry. This workshop will help you determine whom to interview, how to get folks to open up to you, the best ways to deal with family secrets, how to record the interviews, and even ways to find relatives on Facebook.
All of these workshops are useful to beginners as well as more advanced researchers. Additional drop-in workshops are on the following Saturdays: February 12, and 26.
Professional genealogist, Lisa B. Lee is the owner of GotGenealogy.com, where she publishes a monthly newsletter, the Got Genealogy Gazette, which provides timely and useful information to help genealogists make the most of their online genealogical searches.
She invites you to join her on Facebook: www.facebook.com/got.genealogy?
