John Wiese C. Spencer Yeh Bill Orcutt Pod Blotz Visuals Suzy Poling Wesley Weaver Lisa Rybovich Cralle $6 - $15 sliding scale John Wiese and Spencer Yeh (duo), Bill Orcutt, and Pod Blotz will be filling the edges of the room and minds sonically and monumentally. Along with the sound performances, “Triad Towers”, a three person two day pop up show will be displayed with collage, paintings and large scale experimental poster art from artists Lisa Ryboyich, Suzy Poling and Wesley Weaver. The three artists will hang their two dimensional works from floor to ceiling like three monolithic towers. The pieces are raw, painted, silk screened, xeroxed assemblages covering ideas about abstraction, lore, myth, science fiction, ritual, narration and quotations from Vietnam stories. Works have been inspired by artists like Jasper Johns, Marcel Duchamp and Kurt Schwitter’s Merzbau. http://www.john-wiese.com/ http://www.dronedisco.com/ http://www.allmusic.com/artist/bill-orcutt-p214059 http://suzypoling.com/ http://www.lisarcralle.com/profile/ http://wesleyweaver.blogspot.com/
