Z Space presents recent work by San Francisco based photographer Jessica Skloven. Influenced by the distinct landscape of the Bay Area, Skloven's abstract-based work explores the limits of photographic representation. The elemental and material nature of photography—its play with surface and depth, filtered light producing color, and the slow mechanics of the analog—are inherent to Skloven's process.
