Everything Is Not Mundane
EVERYTHING IS NOT MUNDANE features over a dozen new pieces in the form of screen prints and mixed media works on paper by Chelsea Ryoko Wong. Wong studied at CCA and Parsons, has exhibited her work nationally and abroad, and is the recipient of numerous grants and awards including the first ever Hamaguchi Emerging Artist Award Residency at Kala Printmaking Studio in Berkeley, CA. This will be her first solo exhibition with Kearny Street Workshop. Kearny Street Workshop is the nation's oldest multidisciplinary Asian American arts organization. For the past 39 years, KSW has nurtured creative spirit, offered an important platform for new voices to be heard, and connected artists with community.
