Receptions: Friday, February 1, and March 7, 7–10pm Drawings by Keiko Ishihara. Every work in this show is a story told with a rare economy and clarity. Drawn lines take on poetic, intuitive characteristics that seem to emanate from and express a hauntingly rich inner life. Complex emotional and cultural concerns are expressed with subject matter ranging from symbolic to figurative form.
