Art Guild of Pacifica’s first exhibition of 2013: “Noir” Opening Reception is Friday, January 11, 2013 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Art Guild of Pacifica’s very first exhibit of 2013 includes the art of more than 30 people. It’s called “Noir” and thematically recalls dark, dangerous images of the past. It is reminiscent of the cinematic term “film noir”, and crime literature featuring tough, cynical characters and bleak settings.
