Artists Using Technology to Increase Visibility Daniel Milnor, Photographer at Large, Blurb Inc. Thursday, May 14, 2015 7pm. With a vast percentage of the world connected through modern technology, the opportunity for artists to capitalize on technology is real. Milnor believes that understanding the nuance of how certain technologies work is key to understanding how to personalize the message and create a sustainable artistic career. Milnor will present approaches on how to navigate through the overabundance of technology-based tools available for artists. He will also offer effective ways to establishing a presence through websites and blogs, and give an overview of self-publishing books and catalogs. $5 for members, $10 for non-members, FREE for students
