Create and Inflate! Artist workshop with Claire Ashley and Guy Overfelt
Join artists Claire Ashley (Chicago) and Guy Overfelt (San Francisco) for a presentation about their work and the process involved with creating inflatable art. Both artists are featured in the Bedford's current exhibition: BLOW UP: Inflatable Contemporary Art. Overfelt will show videos, and discuss the design and fabrication of his large-scale inflatable car sculptures. Ashley will discuss her process for creating large-scale, hand-crafted inflatables, and her talk will be followed by a hands-on demonstration where you can make your own inflatable art piece to take home!
