This is a great introduction to needle felting if you've never done it before! Needle felting employs special needles with tiny barbs on the ends which facilitate compacting and compressing roving ( wool which has not yet been spun into yarn) into amusing and delightful shapes. The roving comes in many vibrant colors. You will make at least one small heart pin and sew a pin back to it. Beads and charms will also be provided for those that want to further augment their creation. You will own, a foam mat and 2 needles when you leave the workshop- This will enable you to continue working with your new needle felting skills! 2-4pm.
