No Ideas But in Things: J.P. Sniadecki
Filmmaker and Artist in Residence J.P. Sniadecki leads a behind-the-scenes eye (and ear) into the poetic world of things. Sniadecki will show clips from films he’s made in China and the U.S. (as recently featured in the 2015 San Francisco International Film Festival), and will lead close-listening activities with soundscapes that accompany his intimate cinematography. Doors open at 6:30PM for wine and housemade snacks. This Fieldwork Session is co-presented with the San Francisco Film Society.
